2. Investor Obligations
Investors engaging with THE STOTRAM MONEYMART are expected to:
- Provide accurate and updated KYC and personal information at all times.

- Read all scheme-related documents (SID, SAI, KIM) carefully before investing.
- Review portfolio statements and transaction confirmations periodically.
- Promptly report discrepancies or grievances to the compliance desk.
- Avoid sharing confidential login credentials or personal data via unverified links or channels.
- Keep contact details (mobile, email, address) updated for seamless communication.
- Choose the plan for investments (Regular or Direct) and understand the cost implications.
3. Distributor’s Obligations
THE STOTRAM MONEYMART commits to the following obligations towards investors:

Act in the best interest of the investor and exercise due diligence and independent professional
judgment.

Disclose all commissions (trail or any other mode) received for recommended schemes.

Ensure all recommendations are based on suitability assessment of the investor’s risk profile.

Not rebate or pass-back commission to investors and not attract investors through inducement of rebate
or gifts.

Not guarantee or assure any returns on mutual fund investments.

communications.
